Once you have entered your ZamPay Number and clicked on 'PLACE ORDER', your order will be created and you will receive a flash notification on your phone requesting you to complete payment. When you receive the flash notification on your phone, follow the on-screen prompts and enter your PIN to complete and approve the payment request. We will begin processing your order for delivery once payment has been received.
We kindly urge you to process the payment request on your phone once you receive it as quickly as you can as the transaction will time out if not attended to promptly and your order will not be placed.

Orders where ZamPay payments are declined due to insufficient funds, denied by account holder or timed-out due to inactivity will not be placed at all.
