Order Placed: Great! We have received your offer/order.

 

Payment Processed: At this stage, Radian Online has verified and acknowledges that a payment has been received from you towards your offer. Depending on the accuracy of the payment amount received, your offer has now been submitted to our warehouse team for processing.

 

Order In-Transit: At this stage, Radian Online has verified availability of products/services on your offer, verified product physical state, verified the accuracy of prices on your offer, verified successful payment and/or that accurate amounts have been received from you. Your offer is now accepted by Radian Online and is now on the delivery vehicle on its way to you.

 

Order Delivered: You have either received your order or your order is ready for collection from your preferred in-store collection point. Thank you for shopping with us.

 

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled for one of the following reasons;
 
  • - You have requested an order cancellation before the order reached Order In-Transit stage.
  • - One or more of the products in your order are unavailable.
  • - Payment towards the offer/order have not been received from you or amount received from you towards the order is inaccurate.

 

We will fully refund you any amounts received from you.

 

It is okay to change your mind. You shall have the right to cancel your order any time prior to your receipt of Dispatch E-mail (Order In-Transit stage) without any liability.
Cancellations made before your delivery is in-transit are free of any charge. Any cancellation after receipt of Dispatch E-mail (Order In-Transit stage) shall be subject to reimbursement of a 10% charge of total invoice value (“Cancellation Charges”) to cover the cost of expenses (including shipment charges) incurred by Radian Online. However, this charges may be waived at the sole discretion of Radian Online.

Radian Online also accepts In-Store Payments for orders placed on this online store, at selected Radian Branches country-wide as well as at Authorised Radian Online Agencies (Radian Branches and Authorised Agencies where this payment can be made are listed on Our Store Locator page) using the following procedure:

Click on ‘PLACE ORDER’. Once your order is successfully placed, proceed to the Radian Branch/Authorised Agent that you have nominated as your payment/delivery collection point and present your Order ID to the Branch Manager/Agent.
Upon receipt of your payment by the branch manager/agent, you will be issued with an official till receipt as proof of your payment.

Radian Online Gift Cards are valid for 120 days after purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the expiry of the validity period. Please note that you cannot use a Radian Online Gift Card to purchase another Radian Online Gift Card. Radian Online Gift Cards can only be redeemed online through this website.
As at current, we offer the following options for delivery of your purchased goods:

 

  • Store Pick-up – from the nearest Radian Store or authorised collection point most convenient to you. Visit our Store Locator page to see our current Radian Stores or authorised collection points.
  • Lusaka Home Delivery – This service is currently available to Lusaka City customers with delivery within 25kms radius of Lusaka CBD only and easily accessible with a delivery truck.
  • ASAP Delivery Service – Order and pay for an item that qualifies for Radian ASAP delivery before 11 a.m., and it will arrive at your home/office by 5 p.m. Order it after 11 a.m. and you'll get it the next working day by 11 a.m. This service is currently available to Lusaka City customers only, with delivery within 15kms radius of Lusaka CBD only and easily accessible with a delivery truck.
  • Chingola Home Delivery – This service is currently available to Chingola town customers only with delivery within 15kms radius of Chingola CBD and easily accessible by a delivery truck.
Delivery charges vary based on the method, location and nature of delivery.

 

For Lusaka City based customers – We are offering free home delivery for a limited period only as long as you are within 25kms radius of Lusaka CBD and reside in a suburb easily accessible with a delivery truck. Take advantage now!

Should your delivery location be outside the 25kms radius limit but still possible for home delivery, we will contact you with regards to delivery charges. If your location is inaccessible by our delivery team, we will request you to collect your order from an authorised collection point. If both options are not suitable for you, with mutual consent, the order will be cancelled.

Lusaka city customers also have the option of collecting their purchase from their preferred authorised collection point (e.g. a Radian Stores branch) free of charge.

For Outside Lusaka City based customers – Delivery charge will be calculated at the rate of 5% of your gross purchase value, if your order is worth K39, 000.00 or below. If you place an order with a gross purchase value above K39, 000.00, then delivery charges are waived and your delivery will be free of charge.

For Chingola town based customers – We are also offering home delivery as long as you are within 15kms radius of Lusaka CBD and reside in a suburb easily accessible with a delivery truck. Delivery charge will be calculated at the rate of 7.5% of your gross purchase value, if your order is worth K39, 000.00 or below. If you place an order with a gross purchase value above K39, 000.00, then delivery charges are waived and your delivery will be free of charge.

All deliveries are handled by ourselves or via a trusted logistics partner. Delivery times change depending on product availability, customer location and public holidays. Standard delivery for Lusaka city is usually between two to five working days from day of successful order payment. For outside Lusaka city customers, Delivery usually takes place within 2 weeks from day of successful order payment. You will be notified once your order is on its way as well as once your purchase has arrived at your chosen pick-up store.
In addition to retaining the original packing by the manufacturer, where needed, we then secure your purchases with additional packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Yes, majority of the products sold on Radian Online carry manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty period (where applicable) is usually mentioned on the product details page. Additionally, kindly refer to the Product Warranty Ts & Cs page for further details.
Hopefully this situation does not arrive, however we do have a three (3) day Exchange or Return Policy. Kindly refer to our Exchange, Returns & Warranties page, which sets out the procedure and requirements for exchange, return and repair.
Yes this is subject to reason for return; however the customer care department shall intimate the charges prior to confirming the return. Also refer to Exchange, Returns & Warranties page on this Website.

We will do our best to handle your request as quickly as possible. However, for guideline purposes, we will process your refund within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product by us at our warehouse in Lusaka.

Please note that if you opt for debit/credit card reversal as mode of refund, the processing banks may take up to 45 days to execute the refund back to your card. This is beyond the control of Radian Online.
