With the increasing encouragement by the authorities to go cashless to help curb the spread of germs and viruses especially during this current crisis of the Covid-19 virus pandemic, the coming on-board of a partnership between Radian Online Zambia and MTN Zambia to bring our customers MTN Mobile Money as a whole new payment method on this online store has come at the right time for all our esteemed customers.

Once you have entered your MTN MoMo Number and clicked on 'PLACE ORDER'. Your order will be created and you will receive a notification on your phone requesting you to complete payment. Once you receive the notification on your phone, follow the prompts - enter your PIN and complete the payment by approving the payment request. We will begin processing your order for delivery once payment has been received.


We urge you to process the payment request quickly on your phone once you receive the request, as for security reasons, the transaction will time out if not attended to soon after the payment request is sent to your phone.


In the unlikely case where a payment request notification is not received on your phone, simply log into your MTN Mobile Money account by dialling *303# and you will see the payment request pop-up once you log in. If this too fails, proceed to Option 6 (My Approvals), and you will see the payment request here waiting for your approval. Simply follow the prompts and complete the payment.


You may also not receive a payment request notification on your phone entirely if the value of your order exceeds the e-value amount that you have in your MTN Mobile Money e-wallet. If that is the case, please top-up your MTN Mobile Money e-wallet and place a fresh order.


NOTE:

Orders where payment is declined (due to insufficient funds, denied by owner or timed-out due to inactivity) will be cancelled after 24 hours. 


MTN Mobile Money as a payment method is available on our online shopping website, Android and iOS mobile app which can be respectively downloaded from the Google Play Store and the AppStore.
