Promoter

This promotion is organised and promoted by Radian Online Zambia, the online shopping division of Radian Stores Retail Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Zambia (hereinafter referred to as “Radian Online”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Radian Stores Retail Limited is a subsidiary of the Radian Group of Companies. Our address is Plot No. 8357, Radian Retail Park Complex, Great North Road, Lusaka, Zambia.

Promotion Period

The promotion will run on a monthly basis until terminated at our sole discretion. The winner for each month will be determined in the first week of the following month.

Eligibility

You are eligible to enter if:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older.
• You are a resident of the Republic of Zambia.

You may not enter if you are:

• An employee, director, agent, or supplier of goods or services related to this promotion for Radian Online.
• An immediate family member (spouse, life partner, parent, child, sibling) of any of the above persons.

How to Enter

1. Purchase a product from www.radianonline.co.zm during the promotion period.
2. Post a photo or video review of your order on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
3. Your review must:
   • Tag/Mention @Radianstores.
   • Include the hashtag #Radianunboxed.
   • Be public and accessible for verification.

Entries that do not meet these requirements or are deemed offensive, unlawful, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property, or unrelated to the product purchased will be disqualified.

Number of Entries

You may enter multiple times, but each entry must relate to a separate, valid order placed during the promotion period. Winners announced in the first week of a month will be selected from qualifying entries received during the previous calendar month.

Prize

The monthly prize is a K2,000 Radian Online voucher:

• Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Subject to Radian Online’s standard Gift Card and Voucher Terms (view here).
• Valid for 120 days from the date of issue.

Winner Selection & Notification

• The primary selection criterion is highest engagement (likes + comments + shares), with posts attaining a minimum threshold of ten (10) engagements eligible for consideration.
• Where a post demonstrates originality, creativity, and uniqueness but does not garner the minimum threshold of ten (10) engagements eligible for consideration, the post will be considered for a consolation prize at Radian Online's discretion.
• Only one (1) winner shall be selected in total across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms for each promotional period, and there shall not be separate winners for each platform.
• We reserve the right to verify engagement and disqualify entries that use fraudulent methods to increase likes or comments.
• Entries submitted must be based on products that have been legitimately purchased by the customer using their own funds on www.radianonline.co.zm. Entries using any products obtained through free gift vouchers, giveaways, store credits, or other promotional offers previously ran by Radian Stores in-store or online shall not be eligible for consideration towards this promotion.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message or the contact details linked to their Radian Online entry order.
• The winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to provide proof of identity before the prize is issued. Failure to respond in time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
• To ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all participants, any customer whose entry is identified as the winning submission for a particular month shall be ineligible to participate in the challenge for the subsequent three (3) calendar months.

Disqualification

We may disqualify a winner or participant if:

• They fail to respond to our request for information within 72 hours.
• They breach these Terms & Conditions or Radian Online’s General Terms (view here).
• They provide false or misleading information.

Use of Entries

By entering, you grant Radian Online an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use your post, image, name, and review for marketing and promotional purposes, both online and offline.

Limitation of Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.
• Radian Online is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to amend these Terms, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court for Zambia in Lusaka.
