HOW DOES THE RADIAN ONLINE LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM BENEFIT ME?

As Radian Online, we just don’t just say we value loyalty, we back it up.

Shop on Radian Online and earn points on each purchase you make. Each K200 spent on your order will earn you 1 discount point. Each 1 point earned is equivalent to a K1.00 discount which can be redeemed by you as a discount on your next purchase.

Anyone is eligible to join the Radian Online loyalty program. Simply create an account, and we'll track your Kwachas spent and points earned for use on your next purchase. Ensure that you are logged into your account before placing any order. Orders placed in Guest mode (not logged in) will not earn any reward points.

What’s more is that your rewards can be used in conjunction with other promotions and only expire 120 days from the date the points were earned.

Reward points are earned on the net product price when placing your order. Reward Points cannot be earned on the Tax (VAT) component of your order or on the shipping fee (if any applicable).

For you to start enjoying your reward points, you need to have earned a minimum of 20 points in your account from your previous order/orders.

There is no limit on the number of reward points you can earn. However, the maximum spending points per order limit is 100 points.
