Radian ASAP Delivery Service Frequently Asked Questions


Here's how it works.

Order and pay for an item that qualifies for Radian ASAP delivery before 11 a.m., and it will arrive at your home/office by 5 p.m. Order it after 11 a.m. and you'll get it the next working day by 11 a.m.

Products which are marked 'Eligible for Radian ASAP Delivery' are eligible with this service. Look out for this label on the product listing page or the product details page. Additionally, you can view the full range of all the products that are Eligible for the Radian ASAP Delivery Service by clicking here.

Currently, the service is only available in Lusaka City for homes/offices within 15kms radius of Lusaka Post Office and accessible via a bituminous-standard road network. If your home/office does not qualify, please do not opt for this service.

Kindly be aware that should you still opt for Radian ASAP Delivery whilst the destination is beyond the stipulated 15kms radius of Lusaka Post Office, the delivery will be attempted on a "best effort" basis within the prescribed time. However, if this attempt is unsuccessful, no refund/free gift voucher will be issued.

Orders must be placed and paid for by 11 a.m. for delivery same day by 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. If ordering/paying outside of these hours, we will deliver your order on the next working day by 11 a.m.

Note: To ensure your order is not delayed, we strongly recommend use of instantaneous payment methods such as debit/credit card and mobile money.

If you choose to use payment methods such as pay in-store, bank deposit and bank transfers, take note that for consideration of the time of payment, the time at which your payment is confirmed received into our bank account by our Accounts Department will be regarded as the time of payment.

Kindly ensure to communicate your Proof of Payment to us as soon as you have done your payment in-store, by bank deposit or by bank transfer.

The service will be unavailable on Sundays, public holidays and declared non-working days. Orders placed using this service on these days will be delivered on the next working day by 11 a.m.

Major shopping days such as Black Friday promotions are also excluded from this service.

Yes, there is a fee for Radian ASAP Delivery. At time of publication, this service will cost you a fixed fee of K150 per order.

If you have ordered a mix of eligible and non-eligible products, you will have the option to receive part delivery of items eligible with this service and receive the non-eligible products through a later second delivery, or voluntarily disregard the service and receive the whole order as one delivery once it is fully processed and available for dispatch. No voucher will be issued if you opt to receive the whole order as one delivery.

Hopefully that will not happen.

On the rare occasion that it does, upon notification by you to us and confirmation by our dispatch team, you will be issued a K200 voucher for you to use as a discount on any purchase of your choice on the website/ shopping apps. The K200 voucher (which will be in the form of a Promo Code) will be emailed to you on the email address submitted during your order placement.

The voucher can be redeemed on a minimum purchase of K500 and will be valid for a period of 30 days.

The voucher cannot be clubbed with other vouchers and can only be redeemed once.

Note that no voucher will be issued if you voluntarily choose some other time slot for delivery or if you are not reachable during delivery.

Radian Standard Home Delivery and Store Pickup Frequently Asked Questions


We look forward to delivering your purchase for you. However, the minimum value of your purchase should exceed or be equal to K250.00 to allow us process your order and deliver it to your doorstep (in the case of home delivery) or to your chosen delivery pickup point. Orders below the minimum value of K250.00 will not be processed. We will contact you should your order fail to qualify for processing.

Hopefully this won't happen! We always carry out quality checks and ensure your products are carefully packed and delivered to you in perfect condition. On the off-chance your stuff arrives different or damaged, do not worry, contact us (visit our Contact Us Page) with your order ID and we'll be happy to replace the item as soon as possible.
Yes, all your products will be delivered together.
Apart from our Radian ASAP Delivery service, as at current, we offer the following two other options for delivery of your purchased goods:

  • - Store Pick-up from the nearest Radian Store or authorised collection point most convenient to you. Visit our Store Locator page to see our current Radian Stores or authorised collection points.

  • - Home Delivery – This service is currently available to Lusaka City customers with delivery within 25kms radius of Lusaka CBD only and residing in a suburb easily accessible with a delivery truck.
Delivery charges vary based on the method, location and nature of delivery.

For Lusaka City based customers – We are offering free standard home delivery for a limited period only as long as you are within 25kms radius of Lusaka CBD and reside in a suburb easily accessible with a delivery truck. Take advantage now!

Should your delivery location be outside the 25kms radius or inaccessible by our delivery trucks, we will contact you with regards to delivery charges (if need be), or request you to collect your order from an authorised collection point. If both options are not suitable for you, we will cancel the order and refund you instead.

Lusaka city customers also have the option of collecting their purchase from their preferred authorised collection point (e.g. a Radian Stores branch) free of charge.

For Outside Lusaka City based customers – Delivery charge will be vary between the rate of 5% to 7.5% (depending on location) of your gross purchase value, if your order is worth K39, 000.00 or below. If you place an order with a gross purchase value above K39, 000.00, then delivery charges are waived and your delivery will be free of charge.

All deliveries are handled by ourselves or via a trusted logistics partner. Delivery times change depending on product availability, customer location and public holidays. Standard delivery for Lusaka city is usually between two to five working days. For outside Lusaka city customers, Delivery usually takes place within 2 weeks following dispatch. You will be notified once your order is on its way as well as once your purchase has arrived at your chosen pick-up store.

In addition to retaining the original packing by the manufacturer, where needed, we then secure your purchases with additional packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
You can relax knowing we will deliver the goods safely, and on time. You will have the right to inspect the goods upon receiving them before signing for them.
