1. The Promotion is open to all residents of Zambia aged 18 years and above, except the following:

1. employees (and their families) of the Radian Group (“Promoter”), its affiliates and subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of the Radian Group.
2. anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

Family member referred to in this Terms and Conditions includes but not limited to:

spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.

2. The period of the Promotion is from 20th Nov 2019 to 10th Jan 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion is open to customers who purchase any product from any Radian outlet or LG Brand Store anywhere in Zambia as well as from the Promoter’s online shop at www.radianonline.co.zm during the Promotion Period.

4. Cancelled Invoices, or those invoices against which a credit note has been issued due to any reason, will not be eligible.

5. Every customer will receive one (1) entry for every purchase done during the Promotion Period and get a chance to win one of the prizes listed below.

6. After purchasing the product, the customer will be required to fill his NRC number, Age and mobile phone number in the raffle ticket (provided after the purchase together with the invoice). After filling, the raffle ticket needs to be dropped into specially created Raffle Boxes, located inside each Radian shop and LG Brand Store.

7. Purchases made on the Promoter’s online shop at www.radianonline.co.zm during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered in the draw. Online Shop customers who wish not to enter the promotion can opt out by requesting to be withdrawn from the Promotion via an e-mail to [email protected].

9. All winners will be chosen through weekly physical draws, and a Grand Draw at the end of the promo period. Draws will be conducted on a weekly basis, for the purchases during the week immediately preceding the draw. Weekly draw winners will not be eligible for draws of the subsequent weeks, but will be eligible for the Grand draw at the end of the promo period.

10. The Grand draws will happen on Saturday the 18^th January 2020. (Promo extended to January 31, 2020)

11. The winners will be notified by telephone individually within 1 (One) week after each draw has been conducted. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners, but if this cannot be achieved by the eighth day, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative winner or to dispose of the prize as it deems fit.

12. If any winner is subsequently found ineligible to participate in this Promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.

13. The Promoter’s decision in all matters to do with the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Distribution of prizes to winners will be conducted at nearest Radian Stores outlet or LG Brand shop. All prizes shall be available for collection within 10 days of the draw and shall be collected within 30 days thereafter. Failure to collect the prizes within the specified dates will result in forfeiture of the prize at Promoter’s discretion.

15. The winners may be required to take part in publicity related to the Promotion including having his or her photograph taken and his or her name, nationality and country of residence being disclosed.

16. To claim the prize, winners must present either the original NRC or Passport and a proof of Qualifying Transaction (Invoice).

17. The prizes will be awarded as described within the Promotion. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and not convertible to cash.

18. Terms and Conditions for the Grand Prize (3-night All Expenses Paid Holiday in Dubai):

1. The package includes expenses related to (2 people): return air fare, airport transfer in Dubai, 3 nights stay in minimum 3-star accommodation (including breakfast), 3 x Excursions (Visit to Burj Khalifa or similar, Desert Safari or similar, a day in Atlantis water park or similar), 100 USD each person per night for daily expenses / meals etc ($ 100x3 nights x 2 persons = $ 600).
2. Winners shall be responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate health documentation.
3. The winners shall be responsible for obtaining their visa at their own expense.
4. The winners shall be in possession of a valid passport with a validity extending up to at least six (6) months from date of departure.
5. The holiday package must be availed by 31^st March 2019, meaning that winners should arrive back in Zambia by that date.
6. If the winner, due to any reason, is not able to avail this holiday package, he/she may nominate someone else for the same.
7. The Promoter shall not be responsible for arranging travel insurance, medical insurance, any transport expenses other than the air ticket as specified above, any meal expenses, any expenses of a personal nature, any other travel related expenses or such other expenses which have not been specifically included in the terms and conditions of the prizes.
8. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the inability of any winner to utilize the prize, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to non-issuance of a visa.
9. The Promoter shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, illness, bodily injury including death of any winner and/or its companion during and/or in course of the package.

19. Any pictures depicting the prizes on the press advertisements, posters or TVC’s etc. are representative and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.

20. By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Promoter at their sole discretion.

21. Decisions made by the Promoter in all matters to do with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. Winners who do not wish to take part in this Promotion may either communicate the same to the Promoter or decline to accept and collect the prize within the deadline specified for the same.

23. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the prizes offered.

24. The Promoter disclaims any warranty or representation in relation to the prizes and shall not be responsible for the proper functioning of the prizes or any defect, loss or injury resulting from the use of the prizes.

25. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the competition at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Zambia.

26. By accepting these terms and conditions all participants agree that personal data shall be collected and processed by the Promoter and stored on the Promoter’s database and used for the administration of its ongoing relationship with participants and in connection with the Promotion.

27. These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
