When you buy from us, whether in-store or online, we pride ourselves on the support we provide. We are one of the few companies in Zambia to provide 1 to 10 years warranty and back-up service from our three fully equipped service centres located in Lusaka, Ndola and Choma.
The three Radian Stores operated ‘LG Care & Delight’ service centres combined boasts of an area of over 500 square meters with each having dedicated and ample space for a reception, workshop, spare parts store and a training academy to ensure continuous skill up gradation. With over 13 trained technicians and support staff in the three service centres, we provide service to electronics, home appliances, air conditioners, mobile phones, IT products and many more categories. Further, a dedicated team of ‘mobile service centre’ technicians provide repair and maintenance services at the customer’s place (on specific items) itself thus enabling convenience for our customers.

To enhance customer experience, Radian Stores in conjunction with LG Electronics, has launched a new digital communication channel in way of “Whatsapp”. This allows our customers to send their query over Whatsapp and get assistance by the specialized chat agent. Customers are also supported with service centre details along with location map pin to plan for his/her trip accordingly. Not only can you ask for more information over our products but also can request and follow-up on repair requests. Our Whatsapp Lines are as below:

All the three service centres operate during the below-mentioned working hours:
Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm
Saturday – 08:00am to 13:00 pm
Sunday – Closed
The Radian Stores operated ‘LG Care & Delight’ service centres offer repair service to the under-mentioned brands. Service is provided for free on products still under warranty and at a small fee on products out of warranty. For out of warranty repairs, service charges vary depending on the nature of service and is communicated to you before-hand to avoid any hidden costs. Below brands bought elsewhere can also be brought in for repairs;

IN-HOME REPAIR SERVICES
If you wish to utilize our ‘mobile service centre’ for in-home repairs, more information is provided below. The benefit with the in-home service is that, the technician can check and advise on any precautions you can take that he may notice around the house which could have caused a fault in your product. This ensures the product works to its expectation and to avoid re-occurrence of the fault reported at that particular time.
In-home repair services currently are only available in Lusaka and Ndola cities and provided the premises are within a radius of 20kms from the location of our respective service centres in the two towns.
Products eligible for In-home services are:
- LG Washing Machines
- Televisions (43 inch & above only)
- Fridges (156 litres or more only)
- 4 plate cookers (Superior and Univa brands)
- Air cons (Excluding portable air cons
If you have an issue with any of the above items and want to utilize the in-home service, all you need to do is Call/Whatsapp our Customer Care representatives on 0950 263875 (or the numbers provided in the addresses above). Alternatively, you can email us on [email protected] or [email protected] with details which should include Product model, fault details, your physical address and date of purchase if under warranty.
This service is also available for out of warranty items at a charge.
For customers who are in locations over 20km from our service centre locations (this applies for both in warranty & out of warranty customers), arrangements can still be made to visit your site at a charge or special arrangements can be agreed to have you pick up a technician and drop him off once the repair job is done or the assessment is complete.
